Element Elevators Inc. operates elevator.design. This page explains the measurements used to run the service and improve the product.

Your cookie choice

Essential sign-in and security cookies keep your account and billing session working. Optional analytics stay off until you choose Accept analytics. Rejecting them does not prevent you from using the website or studio. We also respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

If you accept, we measure page visits, feature interest, broad device and browser categories, referrer hostnames, campaign labels, scroll depth and time spent viewing a page. Reports are daily totals retained for 90 days. Session identifiers expire after 30 minutes of inactivity; they are not stored in the reports. Your consent preference and a returning-browser marker can remain for 180 days. These cookies apply separately on each website domain.

We do not collect form contents, passwords, payment-card details, full page URLs, screen recordings or advertising-pixel data in these analytics. If you withdraw consent, new optional measurement stops and optional identifiers are removed. Previously aggregated counts cannot be linked back to a visitor and remain until their retention period ends.

Account activity and technical support

To operate accounts and troubleshoot problems, authorized administrators can view account details, last sign-in, recent service activity, project ownership, saved projects, render progress and subscription information. Administrators may open and edit a saved project to resolve a support issue. Support access and saves are logged; editing preserves the original project owner and sharing settings.

Recent service activity and support-access records are retained for up to 90 days, subject to a bounded event limit. Account, project, billing and security records are managed separately as needed to provide the service. Service activity does not depend on your optional marketing-analytics choice.

Payments and service providers

Stripe handles payment-card entry and payment processing. Our administration tools show subscription and payment-service status rather than full card numbers. Cloud providers process the data needed to host the studio, generate renders and provide features you use.
